It's almost impossible for us to tell.
-If you look at your wrist in natural light, what color do you see? If you see green, you're warm, if you see blue, you're cool, if you see both you're neutral.
-which do you look better in, gold or silver jewelry? gold=warm, silver=cool, both=neutral.
Like I said, it's hard to tell via the internet =)

I agree with Hannah. Its hard to truly determine via a pic. A lot of MUA I know don't even ultilize the wrist method to determine a clients undertone. They just look at their bare skin (face) and if they are well-versed in color theory they can determine what it is. So with that being said if I was you I would just go to a makeup counter...such as Bobbi Brown or MAC and have them see what undertone you are. I would even go as far as to get a second opinion just to be on the safe side (people do make mistakes). Just be sure to go in bare faced. ;)
