It happens with all my eyeshadow in the same place I've used eye primer too. How do I fix this and make it look the way I want??

That spot might be dryer or more oily than the rest of your lid. I'd apply a base over the primer. Like a Maybelline Color Tattoo or NYX Jumbo Pencil to give the shadow something extra to stick to.
