Working at M.A.C?

Despite how poorly treated I usually am at M.A.C, I have an aspire to work there. I'm not old enough (16) and I currently have a passion for all things makeup. But every now and then, I wonder if its worth working there.
Anyone know what it's like working there? Is it worth it? Also, how did/do you work your way up? Thanks! ❤
