So I have oily skin, I showered a few hours ago n put on cetaphil lotion... I scratched my face n found oily grey residue in my skin??? Wtf ???

its just residue from the lotion, natural oil and dead skin cells. Unless something was sprayed on you or you were dusting lol.

It's probably dead skin cells or soap residue. Next time you wash your face, gently buff your face with a washcloth and a gentle face scrub. Your routine now isn't cleaning your face good enough.

Yep it's just residue built up for the lotion and any other dirt that might've stayed on your skin. Happens to me every now and then too.

when you cleanse, try rinsing the cleanser off with esthetic sponges or a wash cloth then follow up with an appropriate toner and moisturizer..
oil could also be from your hair, & other environmental factors
