I have oil hair near my scalp but it's dry and damaged down at the bottom. Would the queen Helen cholesterol hair conditioning cream help me with my dry hair???

I've tried it, not that particular brand, I got it at sallys. didn"t,make any difference to mine which sounds a lot like yours
