Would look gorgeous! This color is a darker pastel, which may be easier, but lavender purple is really difficult to get and keep. Hair has to be bleached white blonde for the color to take, and yellow or orange spots won't take the dye. It also fades quickly. You'll definitely need purple shampoo and conditioner, maybe even a conditioner with a bit of veggie dye mixed in.
