So I have very dry patchy skin and my sephora lady suggested Mac studio sculpt for me. I admit it works great and doesn't cling to my patchy marks but I just don't feel like it's full coverage. Maybe medium. My friend suggested I try tarte's amazing clay 12 hour coverage make up? What do you guys think? Keep in mind my skin is very dry..

Amazonian clay did not work at all for me. I have normal to dry skin and it was not full coverage, always patchy and definitely made my skin look dry and flaky. Have you tried a more dewy foundation? I love neutrogena healthy skin, NARS sheer glow and Rimmel match perfection. They give a dewy finish and last all day when finished with a setting spray. The Rimmel is probably the most full coverage out of them all.

And like Jacqlyn said, a beauty blender definitely helps the situation

Thank you ladies. I'll try a beauty blender. :)

I use a buffing brush or the real techniques beauty blender sponge. They both work great for applying foundation. I usually apply concealer to my bothersome areas.

The tarte foundation was horrible. Nowhere near full coverage and if you have even slight dryness in your skin, stay away.
