I use just straight tea tree oil as a spot treatment or some times I'll put it all over my face instead of using moisturizer. I also like e.l.f.'s acne spot treatment.. It's only a dollar!

Since you're kinda out of the teen years it's probably hormonal acne, which I have.
So I would see a doctor and get some oral and topical medication.

Dr dennis gross or Peter thomas roth peel pads. They seem pricy but they have completely changed my skin and many other people's. They work by chemically exfoliating the face , but they are incredibly gentle as well.Maybe go to sephora (or your local beauty shop) and get some samples of different skincare to try out before making the investment. Also remember to moisturize to regulate the amiunt of oil on the face. Hope I helped :)
