I don't have a suggestion for blush but here is what I do I tap a little bit lipstick on my cheeks blend it nicely. It gives a nice look.

I wear MAC blush in coppertone with mine. Its understated if using a light hand making the lippie the statement.

MAC Melba is a good neutral blush shade. Or even Warm Soul, depending on your skin tone.
