I've actually tried both of them, and I do really like both. I like the Dior a little bit better because I find that the brush separates and lengthens my lashes really nicely. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either, they're both pretty good and I find that they both prevent my mascara from flaking, smudging, and smearing throughout the day. It's completely up to you which one you pick, but in a week or so I'll be home and can show you my eyelashes with Lancôme on one eye and Dior on the other, if you'd like. You'll just have to remind me if you'd like me to do that because I have finals this week and my brain is slowly turning into mush =)

I have not tried either of them but I did take a peek at the ingredients just to see at least how they would different from each other.
The Dior Primer looks as if it would perform better, it seems as it would help separate lashes more. However the ingredients in the Dior would not be as beneficial to your eyelashes ( if you are looking at benefits as well. ) While Lancome's isn't exactly the most beneficial primer ever, it has just a tad bit more than Dior's. ( On a scale of 1-10, maybe 0.5 more. )
Justifying that, I would personally go with Dior =)

I am obsessed with the Dior primer. I love love love it and I'll be using it for a long time. Don't fix what isn't broken, right? :)
