My favourite is the first one as I prefer warmer colours :)it depends what you are looking for. The second palette is cool toned and the third is rosy toned. I have all three but I reach for my first one more.

My favorite is the first. The shades are beautiful, pigmented and very smooth and blendable. I own the third as well and tbh, it was a huge let down. The shades are gorgeous but pigmentation and blend ability is less than satisfactory.

Don't know if you're committed to the UD Nakeds or are just looking for the best nude/neutral palette. I have the PC Nude palette and it's great. The shadows are really creamy, but matter. There is one ivory shade that has a more satin, shimmer to it. Perfect for the inner eye. Just a thought.
