I need a make up idea for my eyes, that will make them stand out a bit. They are kinda plain.

Golds and browns will make them pop. I say try doing gradient and smokey eyes but with the natural colors like browns and tannish colors.

Use the color theory! Never fails me! Use the colors opposite of your eye color to make 'em pop! So if your eyes are blue, use bronzes, reds, browns, oranges to me your peepers pop! You can also experiment with different color scheming techniques you can use with the color wheel! It's awesome!
