Best concealer?

I have not tried concealer to help cover acne scars,but I definitely need to try it out! Which is the best concealer for acne prone and pily skin?
Do I apply it after my primer on the spots I want then apply my foundation as I set my makeup, or after foundation on those exact spots as I set it with a powder?
Should I purchase a concealer brush or just use my finger? Aha

I have been using shay cosmetics concealer, for about a year now and I really love it. I bought their masterpiece kits for my clients and I haven't had complaints.

Glamoflauge from hard candy at Walmart $6 I have acne and acne scars I use it to cover up works great! also great for dark under eye circles its really thick so you don't need much and last a long time. I think there's atutodial on YouTube with it she covers up her acne
