blonde! because black tends to washout light skin tones :o and the good thing about blonde is if you get bored of it you can dye it a bright color or add different color streaks  :)

Thank you(: I am pretty pale anyways..:/ and I do dye my hair a lot. Me and my made appointment to get my hair dyed. I can't wait! :D

I totally agree I think blonde would really compliment your eyes and make you look even tanner! You could even add some color to it!:)

Blonde with brown lowlights. Because if you went from dark hair to blonde it would take a while to get the light color. Stick with a brown- medium blonde(:
