What should I do to my hair?

I dyed my hair red a few months ago and now it's fading to a brownish-ginger. Trouble is, I want it a lighter, more orangey ginger like this: http://hayleyfashion.info/hair/orangebrown/13.jpg

How can I do this? I was thinking either bleaching it blonde and dying it ginger, or just lightly bleaching it (my hair underneath is a light strawberry blonde)

I think by look at the color it is and the color you want you would have to lighten it just a little an then I would go back and put the ginger in:)! And you could always put blonde pick a boo highlights in your bangs:)
