Just massage some raw coconut oil in. it will help increase the healing process. other than that just leave it rest. it needs time now. good luck!

Just do it whenever you want. there's no right or wrong time for it.

I would refrain from washing your hair for a bit since you've done it countless times. If you have any active wounds on your scalp I would refrain from oil... Oils will only slow down the healing process.
If you use oils I recommend using Jojoba.. its non comedogenic and mimics the skins sebum. Just a couple of drops to massage in so you don't have to rinse it out. Rinse with room temperature water and take some pain relievers to help you feel better. I would refrain from.using any styling product for the day at least, as they can irritate your skin further.

Your hair is fragile, don't take the risk of massaging for atleast 2 weeks because you could lose a lot of hair. I wouldn't recommend putting in any oils either, since the last thing you need is more friction while trying to rub the oil in. I suggest you leave your hair and scalp absolutely alone for atleast a week, no deep conditioning since it will make your already weak hair fall out more.

Don't use any brushes on your hair, get a wide toothed comb to manage your hair if necessary. And try not washing it for the next 3 or 4 days to help release the natural oils.

They sound awfully painful and troublesome. Perhaps, after you recover you could try clip ins. I wish I had some words of wisdom for helping with the glue.

Ouch! I had a similar experience after removing EEG electrodes. They use acetone to remove them and my head was killing me! I ended up just wearing my hair tied up in a scarf for a few days until I could stand to wash it again.
