Hi there. So im have a very fair skin complexion and i get dark under eye circles. What are the best drug store and high end creams and also concealers? Any tips also because i wear very little makeup except for eye make up.

I feel your pain. I'm also extremely fair and have *severe* dark circles. I've literally spent 20 years trying to cover them and I finally figure out how.

I too have fair skin and dark under eye circles (thanks to my mom, it's hereditary) I LOVE my Bobbi brown corrector and concealer. the corrector is peach toned to counter act the bluish circles and then I apply the concealer over top and on any other problem areas on my face! a little goes a very long way with the corrector and concealer. be careful not to apply too much or it will settle in fine lines under the eyes like all concealers do. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I like Makeup Forever's Full Cover Concealer - I know it's not extremely creamy but it's very pigmented. Just remember to pat it in, not in a swiping motion!

I have fair skin and iv been using benefits lemonaid for ages, it is on the higher end being about £18 i think but it lasts for ages and you dont need a lot, i find benefits other concealers a bit to dark. Its worth the money, cheaper concealers seem to run out really fast.

OCC concealers are the highest coverage concealers I've ever tried! Very creamy too. :) I also like my IT Cosmetics bye bye under eye concealer. It doesn't look cakey at all. But I feel like OCC has the best colour range and you can definitely find your perfect match.

Benefit has good stuff for that. And I'd recommend drinking more fluids. It helps to decrease under eye circles =]

I heard hemorrhoid cream works wonders for dark eye circles. I've never tried it myself and my dark eye circles are bad! I've basically tried everything else I could. So that's my next step in trying to cover mine
