What are some goods brands of highlighter makeup? it should be white, matte, and in pressed powder form. here's. a picture of me for reference.

I would suggest white highlighters to fair skinned people. Becca line has different colors of highlighters their really nice you should check them out!(:

I personally really like my Benefit Watts Up highlighter stick. gives a nice natural glow.

Laura Geller French Vanilla is not exactly matte but it has no shimmer or glitter. It has more of a pearly sheen. I prefer it over matte or shimmer.

Manic panic have a white matte pressed powder, I wouldn't recommended using a flat white to highlight though, it tends look quite unhealthy and grey in my experience.

You definitely don't want a white highlighter, I would recommend asking Ms. Jackie.
