Also, it's a weird one but Sudocrem (or standard diaper cream) is amazing for pimples! They have calming ingredients which reduce the size and redness, abs antiseptic ingredients which help prevent infection/inflammation. A tub usually costs around £3-5 or so, but my current pot is tiny and has lasted aaaaaages. A little goes a long way! I'd apply at night, though, as they are quite heavy, and usually take a little while to really sink into the skin. :)
