I just put it right in my hair! Throw it up in a bun for an hour or two then wash it out. Or I mix it with olive oil and leave in overnight and wash it out in the morning. It makes my hair so soft!

Does it wash out easily? I'm not that worried cuz I was researching and I found egg whites take it out easily but I'd like it to be easy both ways.

Just make sure you don't put it directly on top of your hair like the scalp/roots other wise yes your hair will be a bit greasy.

But if you put it on the bottom half of you hair and then tie it up in a bun like someone else suggested you will be fine.

I actually use thee same brand of this coconut oil. I warm it up &&' apply to just my roots since my hair gets oily very fast. I leave it in for like an hour or two &&' wash out like regular. Just shampoo &&' condition &&' your done. what your left w/ is super shinny &&' soft hair. Lovvvvve it.!!

Is it oily after? And what shampoo do you use? ( I don't use conditioner)

If you wash it out right not at all. At least for me, &&' shampoo &&' rinse out w/ cold water which adds to it leaving my hair shiny. But I use the herbal essence long term relationship shampoo, it's in the red bottle.

Girl I meant the ends of my hair not the roots, I would be an oily mess if I did that lol.
