I don't know a lot of high end foundations but if you are willing to try something from the drugstore the loreal magic nude liquid powder is lightweight and really nice!

Ysl fusion ink is extremely lightweight and comfortable good light to medium coverage but it does cling to my dry areas so try a sample :-)

Neutrogena skin clearing foundation is oil free. It's good to reduce NOT clear acne. And you can basically build your coverage to what you want. I have dry skin so I'm not 100% about oily. But since it's oily free it does not add extra oils you don't need. Also, I suggest rimmel foundations. Rimmel tends to have more matte foundations. High end wise Mac, to me, has more matte foundations. I maybe wrong but I would test them out. Just a few suggestions!

Also, if you want a more higher end foundation. If you shop beautylish that have really good foundations as well.
