Everytime I use it my face gets red redddd all over and it takes like 30 minutes to cool down...is this normal lol? Should I just continue using it hoping my skin will react better? I mean according to cosdna.com none of the ingredients are irritating or cause acne... :/

I would stop using it you could be allergic to something in it.

Maybe it's for the best to stop using it. Personally I think they're best when they're alcohol and/or fragrance free. I try no to not wash my face everyday (obviously when I do wear makeup or have a long day out side I do) but just letting your skin get back to normal ph is best for it:)
I say try simple products, they have them here in the UK don't know about where you are :) hope this helps!! Xx

Not makeup I meant foundation*
Also it never should go red unless it claims to somehow exfoliate
