All this month I have been breaking out like crazy and I don't know what to blame it on, my skin is usually always clear but not anymore. I have gotten so many bumps on my forehead, both red and clear, and also acne on my cheeks, jawline and around my nose mostly, none are cystic acne. (would showing a pick help)?
Am I doing something wrong in my routine? I mean it hasn't really changed (only some things like different face wash and no moisturizer)
In the morning
I wash my face with Neutrogena naturals purifying facial cleanser (could this be breaking me out?? I mean I've just been using this face wash for this month but like on the website cosdna.com it says there's no irritating or acne producing ingredient so... DX)
Then I use a rose water, aloe Vera, and witch hazel toner
Then I use my bb cream
At night I remove makeup with a new product... (Kroger calming, makeup removing and cleaning cloths)
Then I wash my face with the same facial cleanser... (I used to use the biore acne scrub but my mom thought that was the culprit of my acne so I stopped using it this Monday)
Then I use either... Aloe Vera natural gel, apple cider vinger with the mother, or toner with aloe Vera lavendar & witch hazel or I use sayilic acid
What could possibly be causing my bad breakouts? I really don't think it's stress because I was also stressed my junior year like a lot but absolutely no pimple appeared. I also don't think it's my diet because I've been eating the same since when my face was clear...
What could it be? And I can't afford to go to a dermatologist :(

How old are you? I'm 25 and I used to have THE perfect skin. It all of a sudden changed. I found out it was because of my birth control pill ( which sucks because usually the pill should take away your acne).
I'd say maybe it's from trying new things on your face, or depending on your age, maybe it's just adult acne?

Oh, and is your skin dry or oily or what?
I have dry skin and to tame the pimples, I NEED something oily. I use olive oil and it works like a charm.

I am 17 and have oily skin (or at least I think I do...it's mostly in the T-zone where I get oily) and really? Aww that sucks :( like 4 years ago my acne was terrible even more than it is now and my doctor actually wanted me to take birth control to take away the acne but my mom didn't want me on that. I don't use moisturizer because I feel like that will make my acne/oiliness worse.

Hmm yeah, you've have to figure out what kinda skin you have and go from there cuz that's what helped me! I always thought anything with oil in it was bad, but it isn't depending on what skin type you have. I read that in a Jemma Kidd book. You basically just counteract.
I hope you find a solution! I wish I could help you more. I know it totally sucks :(

Oh my god you should use moisturizer! Stripping your skin makes it produce more oil and it becomes worse.
