Anyway I was thinking that I should cut my hair shorter? Like so that it would be in between my chin and shoulders at the longest parts
Also do you think I should cut it while its curly or straighten it and cut it? Normally when I cut it I just trim it and do it when it's curly but since ill be taking 1-2 inches off I don't know if I should do it curly or straight

I think it looks nice now, but if you want to get it cut make sure your hair is curly. otherwise your hair could end up looking odd while curly.

Where I live there are no places that specialise in cutting curly hair so I've just been doing it myself for like 5+ years, thanks for your advice though :)

Perhaps you could train your partings and try different things.
