Mac in Macys does it for free. At least where I'm from, but you need to make an appointment like way in advance. Idk what its like by you. You shld call up! :)

Honestly I would say shoppers drug mart, I got a makeover done there for my sisters bday and it was so cute!!

Try Sephora, ulta. Macys any place that sell makeup usually has people that will do it for you. And I know at most places you get your makeup done for free but you have to buy like 1 or 2 things of makeup. Which that's not bad at all! Look for a girl that you like how they did their makeup when getting yours done lol! If you like theirs then you'll probably like yours 😂 just a tip
