My personal opinion would be no but that's only because I really dislike pixies but on a disinterested opinion you've got the face for it, I feel you need to have delicate features to pull off short hair. And you've got them! But I still don't think you should go that short, but that's just my opinion. It's just hair, it will grow back :)

Instead of cutting your hair that short all of sudden. maybe you should cut it little by little until you find the length you like and feel comfortable :)
