I need a white eyeliner/highlighter for this Halloween look!

I'm being mini mouse for Halloween and this is the look I'm doing. I need to do a little white highlight mark on my nose and lip over the makeup for the cartoon look, but I can't find a good product that will last and not ware off.
Especially for the lip one, I need it to not transfer on to my other lip.
Everything I have is so creamy and doesn't really set.
So what can I use!!

You can set it with translucent powder/eyeshadow.

I would recommend a white waterproof smudge proof eyeliner set with powder. I can think of any good ones of the top of my head but they are usually formulated to set so they won't budge.

In not sure if it would work all to well because it would have to dry but you could try a white liquid liner.

I'd try NYX Jumbo Pencil in "Milk" and setting powder/spray.

I recently bought essence metallic white eye liner and it's brilliant! I bought mine in a local pharmacy for just 75c, they're really good quality for basically nothing😊
