I would say no...only because gold is synonymous with Egypt and Cleopatra. This reminds me of something the Greek or Roman Goddess would wear for certain.

I'm from Egypt but sorry I don't think it will work, needs more gold you could get a plain dress and wear a gold and turquoise statement necklace with big gold bracelets or sth :)

I agree that a gold dress would be better... that one is very pretty but better suited for Athena or Aphrodite.
