When putting on eye make up, do you put eyeliner or mascara first? Because my sister said you put your eyeliner first but I am not sure.

Personally, I Put My Liquid Eyeliner On First Because I Think If I Did My Mascara First, It Would Be Difficult To Apply The Eyeliner Without Messing Up.

I must be the only one who puts mascara on, then liner. I do this so it doesn't matter if I miss a bit or don't go as close to the lashline as a should as my mascara covers it up anyway. Plus I find it easier to do mascara before liner.
