How do you get long lasting curls??
the order of things would be a great help?

I havnt got rollers or time to leave in braids over night

Well, the thing is that a
curling iron won't provide a super long lasting curl, especially if there's humidity, so hairspray might help.

Try pin curling, section off your hair and after you curl each piece with your iron loosely roll it up and pin it to your scalp, when you're done, wait 10-15 mins, or as long as your can (longer=better), then pull out the pins and lock them in with a flexible anti-humidity hairspray. You can use bobby pins, but there are special clips you can get for this that are much faster and easier for this purpose.
