I think Inglot has numbers like that, maybe see if the shades correspond to your image?

I know inglot and MUFE eyeshadow are numbered, but I'm not 100% sure how. It could also be pantone color numbers, since they're numbered like that I believe.

Definitely not Inglot, I just checked their shade 72 and it's not even close to the blue shown in the two lower right looks.

Inglot does have numbers like that but the numbers are much higher. It probably is for a company that does customizable palettes. Check Mac or makeup for ever.

Pantone is alphanumeric, so that's not it.
