Figure out where it is better for you to start, for me it would be the middle of my eye.then do small strokes outwards instead of just one long one. I find stamping the liner to be the easiest thing to do. And then just go back to the beginning of your eye to fill in whatever you didn't and for the wing use tape or a card like Cailyn suggested.

Tape from your bottom lash line up to the end point of your brow and go by that :)
As for products the one that is super easy (and I suck at winged liner I hardly even do it) is Mayelline master precise, its liquid but its applicator is a rather flexible point :) no product to dip in it just goes through!
