I recommend going to the salon. it's going to take a few times of bleaching before you get to white. you'll need to use some hair masks & deep conditioners. coconut oil & castor oil are good oil treatments.

It's going to turn out dead/dry if you do it no matter what. I would bleach, use the lightest box hair dye and then use wella t18 toner. That's usually what I do.

I recommend a salon, but it is possible to bleach hair at home without killing your hair. Let us know if you want to do it at home and we can provide tips!

White blonde is difficult to achieve without damage. I'm not a fan of any gold in my hair though.

Agree with Rozberry, I do mine myself when I go blonde with minimal damage but if you're inexperienced with Bleach I don't suggest doing it yourself. :) go to a salon.
