I agree with Jacqlyn. If you do it yourslf make sure to do your research.

I recommend going to the salon. it's going to take a few times of bleaching before you get to white. you'll need to use some hair masks & deep conditioners. coconut oil & castor oil are good oil treatments.

It's going to turn out dead/dry if you do it no matter what. I would bleach, use the lightest box hair dye and then use wella t18 toner. That's usually what I do.

I recommend a salon, but it is possible to bleach hair at home without killing your hair. Let us know if you want to do it at home and we can provide tips!

Girl, do it yourself. Do not go to the salon, they will say that they have to strip your hair colour which KILLS your hair! It took me a year to reach my very very light blonde, I had dark dark dark brown hair when I started. I got highlights the first time, waited a month, got more. Waited two months, dyed my hair a honey blonde. Waited another 3 months, dyed my hair even later and just a few weeks ago I dyed my hair an even lighter shade. It honestly in all costed me about 90$ which is just 1 trip to the salon. This is my hair colour now; it's honestly worth the wait.

White blonde is difficult to achieve without damage. I'm not a fan of any gold in my hair though.

I'd visit a reputable salon for a consultation.

Agree with Rozberry, I do mine myself when I go blonde with minimal damage but if you're inexperienced with Bleach I don't suggest doing it yourself. :) go to a salon.
