Hi! So my hair is about medium length, not short but definitely not long, and it has been this length for a really long time! My hair grows extremely slow. I don't know if I should buy extensions or try to grow my hair out? Do you have any recommendations on extensions, or hair growth suggestions?

Hair growth is genetic. You can't make hair grow faster. You can keep it healthy though by using less heat and deep conditioning once in a while.
Sorry but I don't know anything on hair extensions.

I buy my hair extensions from my local mall. They can be a bit pricey for high quality ones but they are well worth it. For hair growth I feel your pain. Nothing seems to work. Good luck c:

I'm not familiar with extensions, but as far as hair growth goes...
hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.
Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.
Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner
keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)

You can try trimming ALL of your unhealthy off and keep up with maintaining its health while wearing extensions. Worked for me, good luck!
