Desperately need help!

My hair has grown out, and so I now have about an inch of blonde roots. I also hate the way my previous style grew out, and I need some suggestions for a new style. I need a color that is very easy to maintain too. What do you ladies think I should do? Any pictures of a color or style you think I should get?

I think they would just need some time to grow out. But ask your stylist to cut them so they blend in with the rest of your hair so it's a seamless line 😄
