Fast acne solutions?!

So I occasionally get acne (like 1 or 2 spots) around my chin area. This morning I work up with a huge volcano on my cheek. It's under my skin and hasn't surfaced yet. I have someone important to be tomorrow and this pimple sticks out like a sore thumb on my face. Are there any fast acting products/ remedies that could help me??

I don't have anything that can get rid of it over night. But its ok plenty of people get acne and sometimes more and BIGGER than that

Ok so I'm going to get corrected a zillion times for this one but when I was younger I had lots of zits, one day I read somewhere that if you drink tons of water it'll help. So I drank water constantly all day for a day ( not an unsafe water poisoning amount of course) and my zits cleared up the next day. BUT the zits came back again soon after that and the water drinking thing never worked again.

I agree with Kat, use tea tree oil as a spot treatment or clean and clear advantage acne and spot treatment is also amazing.
