I will be running out of my powder & makeup soon (I use Benefit Cosmetics ;|) & I'm planning on buying some make up from the Drug store. (mostly Wal-Mart)

I need to know;
-Best concealer to cover redness & around the eyes to cover dark circles. (Brand & price)
-Best full coverage makeup?
&
What is foundation? (If it's like make up), please provide the best full coverage product. (brand & price)

Thank you a lot Jacqlyn (:
I have a combo of skin tones I believe. My face gets oily from skipping days of wash, but I usually take a shower & put on makeup that'll last about the whole day. I also have dry skin, because I have eczema.
