Thank you so much ladies... But yes please let me add I have VERY dry skin, I live on a mammoth mountain weather is getting super cold and dry for me, I get flacky at times, I try moisturizing throughout the day and still very dry, maybe I'm lacking water I don't know :( but I'm usually dry around my nose and t zone... And usually when I apply foundation, my dry patches are visible, I really appreciate the feedback soooo very much! Thank you.

I've never used the bobbi brown one Jacqueline is referring to but ill probably try it. My skin is dry but not flaky so I'd suggest getting samples because what works for me may not work for you. and I'd also consider the possibility that your skin may be dehydrated, a girl in my esthetics class thought she had really dry skin and she actually just was really dehydrated which was causing flakiness. drink a lot of water and use a barrier cream to protect from environmental aggravaters

Ditto Alexis--Smashbox Studio Skin 15 hour foundation. It's my holy grail. Long wearing, full coverage, and applies really well however you want to apply it. I struggle with dry skin and patchiness and this one doesn't cling to dry patches, sink into pores or or separate. Amazing! It's very underrated but very very nice.

Try the bare minerals bare skin, it's light weight but not drying at all. It also is free of a lot of irritating chemicals which sometimes I find foundation on dry skin can be more irritating because of all the small little cracks in the skin. This one should be soothing and work well for you. Hope this helps :)
