if i have white skin which color hair would be better for me?

I love black hair but my color skin looks more white so i look like dead peolpe

Well any dark color is going to make you look lighter. Have you considered blonde? I personally wouldn't make such a big leap but... maybe brown? Its softer than black... Maybe you could try fake tanning ? (:
