I used it in 6th grade, but i regret it a little. I think around age 13 if she is mature. I learned properly to use it at early teens. (:

I'm only 14 but I wish I never started wearing it I know you/she wants to but i say dont, I'm always so jelous of girls who can be natural and confident :(

I started young... But then again it's self expression! You have to not care what others think about you. But when you are young, go for more neutral shades like creams and taupes.
