It's more than likely your eyeliner rubbing off onto your crease throughout the day as it moves around. If try setting the liner with a black eyeshadow.

It's probably your shadow creasing.

It happens to me from my eyeshadow at the end of the day, I apply an eyelid primer before my eyeshadow and that does the trick.

What primer do you use? I would recommend getting Too Faced shadow insurance (Ulta is doing a 21 days of beauty deal thing and I think next Wednesday it's supposed to be $10). That should definitely help with creasing. Also setting your eye primer with a translucent powder or skin tone eyeshadow can help keep oils at bay increasing the wear of your shadows and help them blend better.

I would suggest a different primer and if that doesn't work a different eyesgadow.
