If you were really desperate you could try a super pale minty green cream eyeshadow.

I agree with using a very light green shadow. Pat it on and put a little tan concealer over top.

In addition to what @makeupa and @kendraH said, I'd suggest that you mix the light green eyeshadow with your concealer to get that creamy consistency so that you have a bit more coverage, also.

A more yellow toned concealer will work too if you have one laying around. It'll save you the step of doing green and then going over it with a skin color anyway. If you do have a mint green eyeshadow, make sure it's completely matte or the shimmer will only draw attention to what you want to cover!

Mix a medium green eyeshadow or light green color with concealer to get that green hue and use it like any other color corrector
