I don't use mine every day, but I have never had it look like that. did you have to click the bottom for that happen? or was it like that when you took the cap off?

I heard your supposed to keep the Orange tip cap on and clean the tip after evry use so it won't dry out..mines been fine like that

I didn't click it just finished using it put it away and a few days later it looks like that. I threw out that orange cap :( it just stinks because it wastes so much product. I usually wipe off the product and try to use it by dipping in the tip.
