Naked basics :) it's much more versatile and naked 3 is more warm tones and I think cool tones would suit you better!

Since you have pale skin the naked 3 will make your eyes look really pink I suggest the naked basics because it has matte more cool toned shadows that will suit pale skin more then pink ( but also the pinkness depends on how you apply the shadow so it can look good on pale skin it's kind of a hit or miss )

I'm super super pale with blue eyes and I LOVE my naked 3. It's my favourite palette. You just need to be confident about where you put the shadow
