How do you put liquid eyeliner on? Also how to keep it from smearing on the crease bc I don't have eye primer & I have oily lids help!!

Put a concealer or powder on your eyelids if you don't have a primer😊

Use concealer, then set with powder. Practice, and get a waterproof eyeliner

I have liquid foundation & eyeshadow but not powder..

You should just get a primer because with oily eyelids, powders crease. The elf eyelid primer is only $1 and I'm sure you could get it from target. But you could try the powder and see how it works(: also you should watch tutorials on YouTube on how to apply eyeliner.

I use Wet n Wild's mega liner; its affordable, comes in water proof, dries fast and works like a charm! Highly suggest it x
