I struggle with chest acne as well. it sucks but I just treat it and wash it like I wash my face. :-)

Pink grapefruit body acne wash by neutrogena is really good

I have had it all my life on and off and I like to use the Neutrogena acne body wash and do a spot treatment with tea tree oil.

Depends on what kind of chest acne. I'm not too familiar with acne around the collar bone but I had acne in between my boobs and it was caused by sweat (gross I know) the best types of washes are men's unscented ones.
