It was the only thing I had to wash my face I googled it and I seen a lot of people say it help vlear their acne I don't know if its true or actually even good to wash your face with but I would love to know lol & its the Dial anti bacterial soap I use it to clean my belly button piercing.

I agree^ it may irritate your skin if it's sensitive but why not?! It reminds me much of the neutrogena oil free face wash. Same smell and color. Maybe you can try that as it is similar but it is made strictly for face, not for hands like the dial.

That's hard to say as it depends on what it contains. Hand soap usually contains solvent alcohol and fragrance to begin with so I highly doubt it will benefit skin in the long run, time clears up breakouts in general as well as once you get a pimple the next step is for it to leave basically.
May I add that you do not need to have sensitive skin to get irritated. You do not need to visibly see or feel irritation, and irritation contributes to creating more acne as it triggers nerve endings in the pore that amp up hormones responsible for creating more sebum... which in turns means more acne.
Like Alexis said, once shouldn't be an issue but I wouldn't use it as a face wash.
