Massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth and moisturize your hair, and leave in the oil with a shower cap over your head for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let your hair absorb it. I use an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals for repairing and it works really well, I suggest you use it too.

Melissa is right. Hydrate your hair as much as possible with deep condition masks, and oils. Trim your ends frequently and dont use as much heat on your hair, try blow drying it straight with a heat protection spray and take a break from the straightening iron. I going through the same issue and this has helped me a lot. Also biotin helps with hair growth.
