It looks like milk jumbo pencil by nyx on her eyelid then just a black eyeshadow blended supppperr well. sorry not so much help lol.

Pretty much what's been said :) though I think it looks more like an ashy brown shadow 😁 and she definitely went over with the white after blending the brown :)
