Weird skin discoloration?

Lately I've noticed that my skin is looking weird. The skin around my chin area, upper lip, and temples are darker than the rest of my face. It's really not attractive. Foundation won't cover my upper lip part and it looks like I have a mustache! Do any of you ladies have an idea on what's going on with my skin? Btw it doesn't burn, hurt, or anything like that. It's just a different color than my face. And yes, I wear SPF everyday. Thanks in advance!
